The sheer number and variety of customization options available put other PC builders to shame. Even Alienware can't compare with this level of customization. And the fact that it all comes at such a reasonable price is what really blows me away. The system I had you guys build for me came out to around $890 before shipping. And before coming here, I priced options available at Alienware and they wanted $1300 for a system only HALF as powerful as the one I got from you. Your prices are unbeatable!

This is the 3rd computer purchase we have made from Cyber...our elder two sons both have systems from Cyber and now our youngest also has his own. The staff in Baldwin park were helpful and knowledgeable and we ALWAYS send others to the website. Keep up the good work.

I did something stupid and e-mailed tech support for suggestions. I later figured out what I did wrong and sent a 'never mind' e-mail. I was very surprised this evening when your tech support person actually called me to make sure everything was cool. That's excellent customer service in my opinion!
I purchased 2 other systems from your company 6 years or so ago and I have been completely satisfied with them as well - to the point in my computer use where the technology needed an upgrade anyway! I often refer friends to your website.

Beautiful machine, smooth, fast service, and helpful staffl. I wanted a gaming computer at a reasonable price and I top out at 750 fps (average 200-300) in World of Warcraft for under 1700 dollars. I am very pleased!
